Figure 1 shows the original plan for the hardware of the project. The first step in the project was to design and plan out our project. The system would start off only running the game “Pong” but we would later create more games to run on it. Our end goal however would be to use a custom PCB that we created as the user interface with the device, but we would have to settle with the Texas Instruments Booster Pack after running into difficulties with the PCB. We would start by using the Texas Instruments Educational BoosterPack MII as the user interface for our game system. ![]() ![]() The goal of this project was to create a portable game system using the Texas Instruments MSP432 microcontroller. This was a group project where I worked with Trevor Rishavy and William Carpenter. This project was the final project for the class ECEN 2440 “Applications of Embedded Systems” at the University of Colorado.
